In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kbl99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the kbl99.vip platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the kbl99 website accessible at kbl99.vip, including all game sections, the cashier, account management tools, and any associated mobile or web-based interface.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the kbl99 Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the kbl99 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their kbl99 wallet via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, bonus funds, or free bets awarded by kbl99 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of valid government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations relevant to kbl99's operating framework.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which accessing kbl99 for real-money gaming is unlawful under applicable local law.

By accessing the kbl99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the kbl99 Platform and not register an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kbl99. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms before engaging in any real-money activity on the Platform.

To register an Account and use the kbl99 Platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for real-money online casino gaming in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations. kbl99 strictly enforces this requirement.
2. You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or requires a license or authorization not held by you or kbl99.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by kbl99 or any of its affiliated game providers, software suppliers, or business partners.
5. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
6. You must not have had a previous kbl99 Account suspended or terminated for cause.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. kbl99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the kbl99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or access any other person's Account without their explicit authorization.

kbl99 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA/OTP) on their Accounts and use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms. kbl99 will send OTP verification codes via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number for logins from unrecognized devices.

You agree to notify kbl99 immediately via live chat or email support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or if any transaction appears on your Account that you did not authorize. kbl99 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

kbl99 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from kbl99 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Deposits. kbl99 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods displayed in the Cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated at kbl99's discretion. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. kbl99 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal of Real Money Balance is subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID.
• The name on your kbl99 Account must exactly match the name on your payment account (GCash, bank account, etc.) and your government-issued ID.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or such other amount as published in the Cashier.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your account balance must be satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• kbl99 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of additional security checks, risk assessments, or document requests.

5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following verification approval. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to 24 hours on Philippine banking days. kbl99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime.

5.4 Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts on the kbl99 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). kbl99 does not apply foreign exchange conversion charges on PHP transactions.

kbl99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kbl99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per round or hand may be restricted. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have a specified validity period. Unplayed bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• One Bonus Per Account: Players may not hold more than one active welcome or deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by promotion terms.

kbl99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets already placed in reliance on the original promotion terms. kbl99 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where promotional abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited software is detected.

All games available on the kbl99 Platform are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets.

kbl99's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and comply with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios by certified professional dealers under independent oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game interruption during a live or RNG game session, kbl99's policy is as follows:

• For RNG games: where a round is interrupted mid-game, the round result will be determined upon reconnection from the saved game state. If the game state cannot be recovered, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
• For live dealer games: rounds that have been completed and results declared by the dealer prior to disconnection are binding. Rounds not yet completed at the time of a studio outage will be voided and stakes returned.

kbl99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, software glitch, or human error has materially affected the integrity or fairness of the game outcome. Wagers placed on erroneous or incorrectly displayed odds, prices, or game parameters may be voided at kbl99's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbl99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with kbl99; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulent payment instruments.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; using wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine gaming intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the kbl99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity; deliberately losing bets to transfer funds to another account.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts beyond your authorized access level; probing for vulnerabilities; reverse-engineering any part of the Platform.
• Underage Gaming: Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are below 21 years of age; assisting or allowing a minor to use your Account.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kbl99 may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; withhold and forfeit all or part of the Account balance; reverse and void associated bets and winnings; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.

kbl99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to support Players who may be at risk of harm from excessive gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income, and never as a means of recovering losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kbl99 Players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PHP deposit caps that prevent deposits above the set limit within the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary voluntary account restrictions lasting between 24 hours and 30 days, during which login and all real-money activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended voluntary exclusion from the Platform, available for periods ranging from 6 months to indefinite. Self-exclusion once activated cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

kbl99 may also impose mandatory restrictions on any Account where our responsible gaming monitoring systems identify indicators of at-risk behavior, including unusual deposit frequency, extended session lengths, or rapid loss patterns, even where no voluntary restriction has been requested.

kbl99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as a fundamental measure of player protection. No exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.

All content on the kbl99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, game assets, graphics, user interfaces, text, trademarks, logos, service marks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of kbl99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kbl99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any software; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use any kbl99 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of kbl99's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, which kbl99 will enforce.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kbl99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond kbl99's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or government actions;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical errors or malfunctions in third-party game software that are outside kbl99's direct control, subject to the platform's established void-and-return policies;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform — kbl99 is a gaming platform and all games carry an inherent house edge.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, kbl99's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the total amount deposited by you during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

kbl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• The Account holder fails to satisfy KYC or eligibility requirements within the timeframe requested;
• The Account balance is associated with a fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed payment;
• Continuation of the Account would expose kbl99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Account holder requests Account closure voluntarily; or
• kbl99 ceases to operate or is required to restrict access to certain jurisdictions by a regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, kbl99 will use reasonable efforts to complete the review within 30 calendar days. Where termination results in the forfeiture of balances under these Terms, kbl99 will provide written notice of the forfeiture and its basis.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting kbl99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to your verified payment account, provided all KYC and wagering requirements have been met.

kbl99 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the kbl99 service, you should follow the process below:

1. First Contact — Live Chat or Email: Contact kbl99's customer support team via live chat on the website or by email at [email protected]. Provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting transaction references or screenshots. kbl99 aims to respond to all first-contact complaints within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior support supervisor. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 5 business days.
3. Formal Dispute: If the matter remains unresolved after the escalation process, you may submit a formal written complaint by email. kbl99 will provide a final written response within 15 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

While a complaint or dispute is under review, kbl99 may temporarily place a hold on the relevant Account balance pending resolution. kbl99's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus terms is final where supported by server-side game logs and system records.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and relevant gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kbl99's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. kbl99 and the Player each irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

kbl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — kbl99 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning, or changes required by law or regulatory directive) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the kbl99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.
